SMUCLA Transformational Leadership Council 2015 - 2016  

 

Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Transformational Leadership Council is to cultivate a strong professional practice at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica by means of strategic planning, advocacy and influence. Through regular communication with direct-care nurses, TL Council members will strive to empower nurses to be visionary, inspiring, respectful transformational leaders.

Members are the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Unit Practice Council Chairs, designated direct-care nurses from all units, one physician representative, and nursing support staff representatives.
