New Graduate Nurse Residency Program

Support and Guidance are Keys to Success.

The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at UCLA Health System can put you on the path to achieving your career's most far-reaching ambitions. Here you will be surrounded by, and working with, some of the profession's most accomplished individuals. People who can help you master the challenges of advances in treatment, changes in healthcare delivery systems, new technologies, and increasing patient acuity.

As you build on your undergraduate nursing education and clinical competencies, you will learn brand new skills and grow more confident in your professional judgment. The benefits of our focus on critical thinking, problem solving, clinical and personal skills, and the transition from student to professional will become clear. And, finally, you will come to see how the quality of each patient's complete experience reflects our own understanding of why we're really here.
